The problem with blocking by IP is that IPs change every 3 days on most ISP’s. By the time you get done blocking IP’s you will kill all your legitimate viewers.

We can only shelter people so much. You guys should be happy you only have to deal with guest comments. When you get wolf pack trolls in its far worse. We cant shut down the entire Internet. Ok so how this works now is we have yt channels starting like this. 153news Channel 1, 153news Channel 2, ect. Our new employee, Max, will grab the days videos and ’he’ will upload 1 video to 1 channel and then we move onto the next channel. Max has been trained for strikes. As any channel takes a strike, Max stops uploading to that particular channel until the strike goes away. So instead of 1 big channel, we will be many many channels with very hot videos. In the new world order we are in, we must change the way we play to adapt. Essentially if we have 1000 channels I would expect 300 strikes or more at any given time. As long as you build this with strikes being at the forefront then a strike is a welcome and known thing versus a terrible thing.

The main attack itself happened in front of restaurants. For example according to one witness report a women was attacked who then tried to flee into a restaurant but instead of pulling on the door she kept pushing and the attacker kept assaulting her, all this happened right in front of the eyes of the people inside the restaurant. Also the attacker didn’t stay in one place but was seen walking around the streets of the neighborhood looking for victims.
