Major Bug in View Counts

Why these guys built this software where downloads and embeds don't count as views is beyond me. Bandwidth was not matching up to views. What I noticed is about 1 out of 3 hits was a download. So we are losing at least 33% of our real views and then the embeds are not registering a view when playing. So bottom line is are only seeing part of our views.
