I am suspicious about a lot of this. It has the same problem as 911, no bodies. With over 200 casualties we should see lots of bodies, body parts and blood, but I see nothing. The flight video could have been faked like 911, however, for the crash site to be faked that means it must have been prepared in advance which means that the building would have to have been isolated for a time while they staged the damage. Truck transport and a crane would have been needed to arrange the tail section on the building and it would have to have been hidden with some kind of quickly removable structure. There would have to have been a demolition crew on site for weeks and lots of noise which should have attracted attention. It would be interesting to find out if anyone nearby noticed any activity going on there prior to the event.
