LMAO .. would put the bash on many a hoax wouldnt it. Guys walk into a school hoax area and just start filming. Got a pal from old days had a 1/2 full garb of a security. He would chase fires and walk on scene taking pics. Guys never asked him anything as he "looked" like he belonged there. He even got on scene of a cop stand down where they blew a mans head off, got pics and posted to web. this was before YT.. but was a gutsy guy. Kinda like ST/CG do at times..

This is how they got him. I spent a bit of time in the legal system so I got pretty good. The first charges are all state charges. It looks like they knew he had the gun and only gave him rubbish charges and then built a government case against him. At best he is neutralized for a bit...but the show will to on. The fight doesnt stop here.
