wow - I cannot believe it. My dad just got special plates due to a fall and he is also a DAV and he decided it was time to get them as he is almost 90. That woman had her feet pointed in, which tells me someone told her to do that because it was acting. Also, her legs appear too toned and the skinny jeans would be almost impossible to get on and off unless you have 1 or 2 other people pulling them on or off and how does she use the toilet? If she was wheelchair bound, there would be back foot supports that you would put the heel of the foot up to, the body mechanics are all wrong. I used to take care of patients like that - what was the cause of her being in a wheelchair???
