Where Is The Handicap Symbol On License Plate

One thing I forgot to point out in my last video, a subscriber mentioned that this lady doesn't look like she even belongs in a wheelchair because she's real uncomfortable. And I have to agree with that. She's definitely a crisis actor. But when you take a look at the license plate of her vehicle, obviously we know they're using that for the coded numbers. But notice that there's no disability handicap symbol on it, which every single, you know, state in the US that I know of has this. So I looked it up and sure enough Virginia is no different. Any person who is disabled or even temporary disabled gets one of these plates and they put it on their vehicle.
