The smith-Mundt act at the time, I think 2012, only prohibited the State Dept from using propaganda on American. Essentially making it legal for ALL other departments to use propaganda on us. It was all an illusion, which is why (in their mind) they could pull 9/11, Columbine, Luby’s cafeteria which also had military involvement, and many more. I know Fetzer keeps referring to the 2012 repeal is when they legalized all propaganda; but up until 2012 all departments could use propaganda except for the state Department (which we know the state department pushed lies and fiction to justify bombing Iraq and other nations well before 2012). I know Fetzer is pretty well educated, so I wonder if he ever read what the watered down smith mundt act looked like prior to the 2012 repeal. The fine line between a fake court and a real court is intent. The intent to serve justice or support an agenda. I have problems viewing this case as legit because some basics in protocol were bypassed and awards of this kind are rare. In most cases, you have to prove standing. That is, you have to prove that defamation cost you something - like a job or a contract. What did it cost Pozner when he was publicly accused of lying about the death of his son? Nothing. Verdict - Pozner wins. Award for damages - Zero plus court fees paid by defendant. Done. Yes, Mr. Pozner. The court has officially determined that you are butt hurt. So what.
