Rick Bucciarelli: one other comment. You mention in this episode that FBI agents were stationed at photo labs in Dallas for two weeks. Has anyone ever discovered any films that may have been processed outside of Dallas or Texas. People visiting Dallas that day but possibly took their film home to be developed.

I’m skeptical myself. I can’t bring myself to believe a “proper” jury couldn’t be convinced its all a scam. There are mountains of evidence out there. In a real case, it would have to be proven that the event was real, which could never happen. I’m sure I’ve tried watching Fetzers stuff before. I most likely didn’t stick with him because he seemed like long winded, damage control and controlled distraction. How much is he worth that he has to pay a half a million for hurting someone’s feelings? It’s ok to believe that it didn’t happen, You just can’t say anything in a public forum or say anything hurtful to the actors themselves? It seems like an attempt to intimidate the public into keeping their mouths shut.

Now, ask yourself, what are the odds that Dolly and Jaws would appear on the back cover of this old VHS? And that she would just happen to be smiling, showing the lack of braces? Do you think that was the second most memorable scene in the entire movie, making it a primary selling point? I just watched the official theatrical trailer, and in nearly four minutes of highlights we don’t see Dolly once. Not really surprising, is it? So why would they cut her from the highlights but use her in one of two pictures on the back of the VHS?
