Let me say thanks for getting into the video without the intros or dating site promo, its cool but nice to jump right in. That was very rude way for the investor relations person to talk to you, without even asking if you were a shareholder, but there is a reason he was itchy. I think the company conspired with a PR firm with the intent on making the stock price uptick. Other companies may follow, could be any threat for a biological cure they may be working on to make their stock price go up so they can dilute. The contract was huge but they can still do an offering for the near term. I do not think there will be a small pox outbreak or any pandemic. That ship has sailed and they want to keep pandemics in the news for fear mongering purposes, and financial reasons as this event has shown.

Why even answer? These people are private contractors....they have no authority other than what you give them.
