Brother, I think you under estimate the kind of bandwidth we push. Most users at most fast 1mb download from a tor server. When we have 100 people on at a time that is a minimum of 600 megs a second. We spoke gigs of traffic a second at points. A tor server for videos would suck. It needs another type of technology. I dont see much of an option being on an Internet we dont own and control. And tor is compromised as well. All they gotta do is take you on an exit node and the CIA built this thing. Back in the day I built a tor box and launched 20 connections and attempted to proxy them as a bonded link. Some things were faster but most things broke going through more than 1 connection. Tor is a cool concept but not built for speed.
