I DEARLY HOPE that things won’t get as bad as they CAN for Side Thorn!!!! But letters are not going to help. Thanks to the NDAA (fiscal 2013), any one who is labeled a ’threat’ can be detained indefinitely under ’military law’ without the civil legal recourse. PRIOR to 2013 this kind of gulag treatment used to be limited to Guantanamo and “Subjects of any Foreign State” suspected of ’terrorism’. But THIS is the Oligarchy’s Ace in the Hole for controlling and silencing anybody who opposes the tyranny! Robert U. and I discussed this in the comments of one of his vids and he knew it. At this point its a weopons charge and probably soon to be charges. They will go through the 5 pages of stuff they stole and probabaly find more charges. Usually they try to stuff you with a few charges so taking a plea deal looks sane. When directv sued me in federal court for hacking them it was an 8 month process. Side Thorn would need 200k to properly fight this. The only way to walk away from this is by spending a quarter of a million on a defense. They set him up from the get go.

What is the next step now that bail was denied? How long before a trial could start? Since this is federal, it doesn’t fall under TX state laws. I remember ST saying it could take 2 years to file charges under TX law. I would guess the feds already charged him. Could a trial start before the end of the year?
