there are holes but you just can’t see them because of glare, viewing angle and low quality of the video. Frame by frame you can actually see at least one hole in the front window. There is a picture on the internet from when they’re hauling the car away that shows the holes in the front window. After shooting through the front window he shoots through the side window which shatters. Gun is pressed against front window creating hole, gun is away from side window making it shatter instead.

It doesn’t look CGI to me. Why didn’t you play the full length of him shooting the 30 rounds? The video quality is very poor so picking out each individual shell will not be possible. If you look at the white post/fence you can see a few shells drop right at the bottom left directly next to it and also a couple rounds on the right.
