Hi Woodrow, windshield does NOT shatter because it would be way too dangerous for the driver. There is a film of plastic in it, so whatever happens, the windows remains together. Side and back windows doesnt have it so they can shatter. Its a rookie mistake man. Btw I think that Nz shooting is a hoax (and some other "shootings" too).
