I agree with the couple of other posters about the air rifle/co2. Though yes, there is CGI and special fx added via postprocessing all over the vid (disappearing shells, gun shot sounds, etc), that window was clearly blown out and shattered appropriately. You can see the remnants scattered on the lip/frame of the window after it falls on the seat and I couldn’t seen anything "funny" going on there (disappearing glass pieces, etc). But there’s no way on earth that he is using a legit shotgun that shoots lead pellets.
