@hmmmber2 - Am wondering why you would be using the dns from google of all things? If I may suggest.. Go here > https://www.grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm << Grab this windows utility and run it. Results will be similar to cell if using this in same area. Very easy to use. Dont mess with custom etc.. When done grab any of the DNS that are good for your area. Steer clear of 4.2.*.*, google and if you dont need ipv6.. disable it. You need a primary and a backup. make them from different servers for best solid performance. If using TOR, you will not be able to do this with out some understanding of TOR. Best of luck 👍🏻
