I have a similar build as you, I became addicted to weight training and cardio Via Bicycling/Hiking. Age is just a number, obviously it get harder but if you stop eating fast food and eat a more natural diet you can maintain yourself for a long time:) I am In better shape now at 33, than I ever was in my 20s it’s like night and day. About the only thing I do is have a couple of Craft beers in moderation, Cheers Brotherman!!
