At the 1:02 mark.....this is clearly the smoking gun.....his skull is unsupported and near perfectly aligned with his spine....this does not happen in an unconscious person......he’d be like a wet noodle. The handcuffs are a non-issue because you can clearly see at the 0:26 mark the cuff just above his right wrist as he is trying to reach to support himself yet at the 1:22 mark their appears to be something like a bracelet or cuff that the cop is trying to cover up with his hand. Ole Georgy Boy was clearly on the side of law enforcement hence his work at the clubs. That should tell you it is in his character and he likes/liked power and authority over people. Knowing exactly how they bribe people to ’go along to get along’ it makes me wonder what exactly did they offer him for his compliance....money or position of influence or both. And I wonder how many times they had to practice this to try and get it right. I put this event in the big fat fail column.
