Its a algorithm, based on subsets of logic. You feed a question and the algo find appro subset to find answer. In short thats it. It just does as its told. It does not think as we might say outside of its instruction set. true some like sophia can mimic intelligence but there is always a failsafe on purpose. When we have one who and I mean the word WHO on purpose, can do things complete and independent of people, then we will have true AI. Even a 5 year old can build a house with blocks, hum a song after hearing it and tell if there is a fire close by.. AI cannot do all these unless programmed to. Each one is a thing.. Its the bonding thing I think. dont have a true family and live for whats on the TV then, pals say let join this group because so and so got shot or beat up and boom.. you got a club.
