All theories. We KNOW it’s a staged event because i found the daily beast article about those 4 cops being identified crawled by the google bot indexer LASTLY on April 23rd. Since none of us is able to prove how this was staged what i consider it to be the last hope of a second EVIDENCE is about that black ’bystander’ by some identified through voice as Philando.
