Eating minced raw pork is actually quite common in Germany. I have been eating it for the last 30 years even as a small child. Raw minced pork with onions on bread rolls. I never had any problems getting ill or noticed anything. But it is not standart raw pork, its called Mett and its meant to be eaten raw. I am not trying to justify it but just saying its not uncommon were I am from. I have given up on the pork and the unclean animals since i have gained awareness.
