I was skinny to extremely underweight all of my life UNTIL Fukushima spread even more of that stuff... my thyroid went wonky and SUDDENLY I was putting on a kilo every month! GREAT at first, - but when it didn’t stop once I had reached normal weight it quickly became a problem!! Nothing had changed in my lifestyle or eating habits and with an average of 1300 calories I was still putting on weight!!!
