If it’s any consolation, I live in CA. I was looking at moving to WV a couple of years ago because of the beautiful country and amazing relative land prices. I heard about a woman who took the shots in the 3rd trimester, and gave birth to a full-term stillborn, and the placenta was a dried-up prune that couldn’t survive the birth process. I heard one person describe a 24-week miscarriage after two shots where "the brain was bloody and split in half."
