Joe is one of those People who has this ability to put a string of serious situations together in an almost poetic way that sounds so bad, but almost funny when he got ranting... I’d love to know if he intended it or not, it was rare to see him do it, but when he did it, the way he was able to string related stuff together and almost rhyming the whole time. A good guy, heart in the right place, and certainly his thing was the EMF and how it affected the body and local government corruption.
