I hope I can add something with regards to the vaccine mandates in my area and I hope you don’t think I’m going off topic. I left a job 4 years ago on good terms and was considering returning but they and many others that I have looked into are now requiring a prospective employee to be fully vaccinated, of course which I would decline, just a head’s up as to how fast things are changing.
