The theory behind jet fuel is verry curious, and obvious. it was brought to my attention similarly about World War 2 aircraft supplementing derivatives of water into their combustion preprocess to extend their engine cooling and range. Likewise i believe Electrolysis of water if not negatively charged water was what was reflected in the abilities of all the "Water Powered Car" theories; there was one intrepid gentleman in Arizona who pioneered a plasma-field assisted combustion of primeable fluids through what he termed as the Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter, which was similar to the HHO but basically anything thrown into his mod would break the bonds down to gasses. Verry few would try for the negatively charged water design, in favor of basically breaking bonds of water like the PICC instead of charging it as a Electrolyte which was done by Australian mechanic Joe for Joe’s Cell.
