The late Joe Vialls had a penchant for this story. He believes that yes, rent-a-mob were bussed down from Manchester, but that forensics show PC Fletcher was actually shot from an upper window from the building next door to the Libyan embassy - a building apparently with the CIA listed as tenants! Joe Vialls was real person, I also know someone who’d worked with him in the aviation/oil business in Africa. He died after days after the London tube bombings of 2005. A UK Channel 4 documentary made in about 1993 used Joe Vialls’ information and had him on-board personally for production. However, less than a week before Joe was axed and the documentary edition re-edited! I know this because I arranged and mixed the theme music for the opening titles, and the brief was to slow-down and make more serious the existing theme. I was informed that it was to be quite some expose’ – that wasn’t!

I have no idea what this account is. I uploaded this video to my channel and has been deleted 2 times. It is seeing this as the master video and labeling mine as a duplicate! Really strange.
