Actually there are different quality vids out there, or were. The best quality one is a huge file, close to 1 gig. I didn’t upload the huge one cause I knew it would destroy 153ews bandwidth and cost boss man a huge expense if tons of people started downloading the higher definition 1 gig files.

You basically have no way to differentiate the email complaints from spam. There is no way to take action on a complaint that does not contain proof of an authentic source. In fact, there is no obligation to respond to a complaint that is - or could be destroyed before reading it as it lands in a spam folder.
