Obama Care has never been repealed and is the law of the land, and Trump couldent just repeal it by EO because there is too many international agreements attached to it that are binding. The only thing that he was able to do by his EO was to repeal the mandate that everyone had to have it, and the penalties and fines for not having it. Obama trumped Trump.

I had something early last year that laid me out for three days straight, heavy congestion and a high fever. Never been so sick in my life. Then spent two days this past fall throwing up everything I ate. No idea what I had either time, never saw a doctor, just got over it.
