I don’t know how you can say that. At 16 sec. into winky’s vid, G’s R.H. is clearly pressing down on the ground, and NOT handcuffed behind his back. It’s not a cop’s hand, since the cops are white. In addition, Winky is correct that, while on the gurney, G’s right arm is NOT cuffed behind his back. It is loose at his side with hand resting on his stomach, NOT behind his back. I don’t understand how you and the other commenters don’t see that.

Same thing happened to me in ga they wouldn’t let me shop at goodwill without a mask and i started recording. Manager said it was a goodwill policy. When i asked to see it he went inside and called the cops. Cop told me the manager has a right to ask me to leave. But he called the cops and never asked me to leave. Really? I think it was for his safety. There’s all kinds of knee pads. Check Google images. Plus they do have pants with hidden inner pockets. I suspect a type of foam pad not only for George BaggaDonuts safety but to help the officer keep the knee on the neck area for what 5-7 minutes.
