I knew laser technology had come a long way. I also watched his video on infrared lasers which were likely heavily used as well during the DEW assault. If we knew where the next assault is going to be located or be lucky enough to have someone close enough with infrared camera and recording equipment, we could potentially acquire incontrovertible proof that directed energy weapons were used.

The real homeless are being thwarted by the large number of persons faking homelessness, sometimes to the point of even making a career out of it. If you need to test whether or not someone is actually homeless, offer them food. A real homeless person will not turn down an offer of food.
