I’ve seen what appears to be a cuff on his right arm. Lay on the bed, put yourself in that position and try to have your left arm as close to the right arm as possible. You’d need a chain 1 1/2 feet long or more to connect up. They’ve shown him in regular cuffs which makes connecting up to his left arm impossible. MAYBE these creepy freaks just used a pair of bolt cutters to cut the chain. I don’t know. I’ll check those videos out. What a fiasco this event was.

heya winky. @ 1:56 ish TC you can see cuff on his right wrist but up high. Take a snapshot and put in a PShop or whatever and change levels. He has no blaclet or watch on. Leaves only the cuffs. There is more video out there of the guy walking after getting “shot” and there is no blood on him or the medics. NOTHING!!
