Aside from the fake space crap, how in the world does a business man from South Africa not only gain access to the world beneath Los Angeles [remember his tunnel?] but also the skies above through a partnership with a government agency like NASA? Try to imagine the scenario with any other governmental agency: Would a U.S. based private company [like SpaceX] get to work as tightly with say the IRS, CIA or FBI so that they’re essentially partners. Sure contracts between government agencies and private companies exist, but this is a different type of relationship that doesn’t make any sense on the surface.
