I would think that since -- Eph 1:11 the One Who is operating ALL in accord with the counsel of His •will, -- God is fully in control of all things at all times, that He uses ALL entities and men to do His bidding or His scripture is a lie. Revived to stand in front of the Glory Throne, yes.. but what use would it be to use men and then torture them for "eternity"? IMO, we should pray for these people as we are asked to do.
