Here is a quote from the City Council: *it was not providing them protection, but instead making them possible targets for more hate,* the board of commissioners wrote. Exemptions still apply: Children under 12, and *health condition* people dont have to wear a mask and no one is supposed to ASK you why you aint wearin one.

what’s the ratio of the volume of air inside a mask to the capacity of the lungs? only the amount of oxygen that enters the lungs matter, not how much peak residual CO2 is left in the mask between breaths.

(1) I have no doubt they are using "attack" frequencies on people. The toilet paper run was an exercise in them giving an invisible command thru frequency, and we all saw it play out. (2) This is painful to watch, but it fits the stats – white women in relationship with black men have a 9 times higher rate of abuse, murder, etc. Not 2x, 3x, but NINE ... last time I looked.
