(I know this is unrealted to the 5-G . ) Also, If you had limited funds , what would be YOUR main food items that YOU would be purchasing NOW in bulk, like Rice ? Again , I so appreciate hearing from someone who has experienced something first hand . From what I understand, the spectrum above 20 gigahertz is reserved for data transfer between cell sites - not between cell sites and end users. No one will be standing between cell site link antennas. Fluoridated water is a much bigger threat.

Power level has always been the reason I consider this issue to be a major distraction. Back when cell phones had external antennas, I got a burn on my hand from a Motorola Flip Phone. I would not have gotten burned if I had read the instruction manual warnings, first. I was working in the communications industry at the time and was handling several phones a day. Unlikely very many people had the same experience. Those phones worked in the 800 to 900 Mhz range at up to 6 tenths of a watt. Brick phones could hit one watt. Bag phones - like the ones FBI Hostage Negotiators use on TV - could do 3 watts. The Bag was mostly filled with a large battery! But, that was when Cell sites were few and far apart.
