Updates: i have spoken with the girl who told me this was a simulation to test readiness level of personnel in Germany in a new Hospital in regards with the expected second wave. Meanwhile i had her words and the visible part of the document translated by a German speaker who confirmed the version given by the girl. So, in the end, this inquiry cannot prove beyond doubt this was a hoax to be passed on the tv, though it cannot be excluded either. To prove this girl is a terrorist we should see what goes on the tv. Keep an open mind l, verify always, research always l, keep critical thinking at all times.
