In the states it will be hard. Here is where to begin. All your soft drinks, gatorades, power aides, starbucks drinks, ect ect...if its made in the US, its loaded with fluorides in all the bases for the drinks. Most of your bottled waters are toxic from fluoride. Simply boil any bottled water down and the resins are the toxins. All the tap water is shot. So the first thing is to get your water clean. Then never buy commerical again. There are LOTS of little co-op organic farmers that have weekly list. Get organic flour and make your own breads and such, and really skip anything name brand. High fructose corn syrup is a killer, carmel coloring, bht, msg, yellow 5,6, red 4, 40’s, blue 1’s, aspartame, are some of the top killers. Unless you have well water out in no where, I would filter anything you consume. Not only is the food poisoned, all the soaps and deodorants are lines with alluminum and such. The entire system has been turned against us. Thats where I would begin.

When you started making videos attacking other truther channels is when I stopped following your channel on JewTube, it’s not because I thought you were wrong or right. It was a waste of my time to watch and I was looking for videos with truth on current news topics.

My brothers and i plllayed this when i was growing up. There’s definitely predictive programming. Also they give information about the vaccine..they say it targets a certain "type of people".
