Watching the real slow mo of the link by papashrek the trajectory of the round looks way too low to hit her in the neck even if it was pointed at her. Looks like no higher than the lower chest area. These officers are trained to hit center mass. No way he missed that bad from that close.

This is a hoax for sure and as papashrek mentions ...steady handed camera people..which would not be credible. Plus he films the gun from about 6-7 feet away with all this commotion in front of him and just as it fires instead of reacting to the gun shot by crouching down etc and getting into a defensive position he turns the camera and captures the image of the woman falling down which would never happen in a real event..plus she started to fall well after the guns shot was fired..also you can see the supposed Philadelphia antifa member in the scene. After seeing the video papashrek linked to it is definitely fake. A few years ago somebody shot my neighbour in front of his home (next door to me killed him with about six shots ) and they were about 25 feet in front of my house and the sound was incredible as if they were actually shooting at me..not a chance that was a real event. But to be fair to professor doom based on this video she did an excellent job at playing a dying person.. I swear they are getting better at these hoaxes all the time...not surprising since most of these crisis actor companies came along just after the Smith/Mundt act was changed in 2012.
