Here in the UK, my neighbours cousin, ( from the US ) works/worked in a factory that makes ventilators, that where supposedly being shipped to the USA. Very strange that America wasn’t producing their own ventilators and those made in the UK used for our own people. IMO, it starts somewhere in the midwest/west with a bad reaction to government overreach, probably gun grabs, then escalates and eventually disrupts the supply chain, which will result in riots in the urban center’s as the food supplies dry up. From there all hell will break loose and militia’s will reform and form including gangs and clans in the east Eventually the country will be divided into something like the above but who knows how the division is going to pan out. The scenario doesn’t make sense to me. If what happens to DC like in the game, there wouldn’t be a break up of the USA into 7 sections. That would be way too many. Our regions aren’t that much different.
