the US military used weather modification technologies (cloud seeding) to incite an artificial monsoon season in order to flood out the Ho Chi Minh Trail. basically the whole world knows about this, yet the TV says that weather modification is ’conspiracy theory’ and thus the simple fact, unhidden in history and even today, that weather modification has been a normal piloting career field since the 60’s. I am a private pilot and when i took Meterology 101 as a required class in Commercial Pilot university schooling, we were required to learn about the weather modification field of piloting, as we could look to that as a prospective career field in which to ply our trade. personally, i have no doubt whatsoever that this storm in Texas and the blackout was a planned attack upon that free-minded society. this attack looks to me to serve as ’an example’ of what will happen to those societies that refuse the world gov’t/religion and it’s terrorism.
