I sows the seed in the mind of many that there is still a boogeyman out there called covid. The time to be sympathetic is over unfortunately. In my elevation of consciousness 4 years ago, I became a 100% plant based eater overnight, kicked my vaping habit 30 days later, exercise 5 days a week, lost 50 pounds, have 6 pack abs at 43, take no pharmaceuticals of any kind, and people fucking hate me. I think it’s because I’m a constant reminder of the truth they wish to ignore. You become a walking talking “told you so”, and they can’t stand it. But, Nature will show them the consequences of mistreating their bodies, and we must let her do her job...
