Tom Sowell was a hero of mine for many years, especially when it came to deconstructing mainstream narratives as the falsehoods they are. I can’t tell you how many of his books I’ve read over the years. However, he is entrenched in the left/right paradigm and is a member of several think tanks who volley ideas back and forth for the sole purpose of keeping minds trapped in the myth that is the political system.
