I got into a motor cycle accident and I have nerve damage in my left leg and there are times that leg just does not want to follow the other one and steps can trip up a person. But he has a limp. He concentrates so much on his walking, he never looks natural - he always is moving his arms or trying really hard to walk fast - There is no need to do that. He should just be walking naturally. But he doesn’t. I have taken care of many a dementia and stroke patient. He reminds me of that. I will bet he has an hour of physical therapy a day to walk. Hard to tell ethnicity of the "shooter" though I presume he is supposed to be "White"?
