Yep, just went back to the video of the first guy on the scene. Just about every cart that should be in the store or in the parking lot has been placed outside of the store, all around it. Dead giveaway...

The rack near the door is a fire code violation in most states as it blocks the exit. And the biggest giveaway for me is that the carts are intentionally placed outside of the entrance instead of inside the store in the cart corral area near the fake dead body at 3:14 of the video.
