The diameter and the length of the human intestines and the brain/body weight ratios, etc, the basic arithmetics shows that the humans digestion system is clearly meant for the animal based food even more than the cats and other carnivore animals. The grain, the wheat, the soy bean, and etc are invented to feed the masses and make billions of dollars. I’ve seen more than once in Harvard Business Reviews, that the grain, the wheat etc were being presented as very healthy for the human body and being supported by the so called scientific studies Harvardees are the owners of the grain & wheat based food conglomerates so it’s no wonder the science supports their business.
