Yes, it is a crime. It’s not just the lockdown deaths either. I think a lot of the ’spike’ would have been down to DNR notices and unnecessary and lethal use of ventilators. The trouble is, I think the doctors, nurses and care home staff could legitimately say they were only obeying orders because they probably believed what they were told. You might say they should have smelled a rat, but it’s probably easier said than done when it’s what you’re been trained and told to do for your job. The people who set the guidelines are the most responsible. They would probably say they were acting in good faith too (and it is just a coincidence that they benefited from it all) - but of course, I would never believe that. How would you prove it though?
