Great video again. I strongly disagree about the distilled water thing though. I have been drinking it for almost 10 years now and I feel great still. I used to feel like shit all the time but I switched to distilled and modified my diet a little bit more and never looked back. Recently had my blood thoroughly checked when I was pregnant and the doctor said my blood was "damn near perfect". No deficiencies here!
