If you love it rare, kick it to medium and just make sure your not drinking the blood. Whats crazy is all the laws do is keep you alive and people don’t wanna hear it.

jbossman....Replying here because I see no reply button under your comment. Again, I inquire as to who eats raw pork? But allow me to add, if I eat a rare steak, then I am committing a sin against my creator...would that be correct? I fully understand your stance against the Jews and circumcision. It’s a despicable ritual. But I cannot understand why our creator would be telling me the degree to which I should cook my steak. Personally, I was a vegetarian for many, many years. I may return to it. I do not eat beef. I do eat pork, chicken and turkey. Presently, I am thinking of returning to vegetarianism, but not because of what the Word says, but because of the chemicals presently used in meat and processing and again. my own morality I originally became a vegetarian out of moral concerns and now out of that and other concerns. Is it more important to follow my own inner morality OR the Word?
