I agree just saw photos taken of the lower part of the building ..it was in terrible shape water was leaking in the lower level garage. A greedy company not willing to spend the money to fix it and and when they did they did shoddy work...corrupt government officials taking payments etc . I haven’t seen any of the videos of victims so cannot comment. I can tell you this though half the building falliing down is not a successful controlled demolitions.
