Of course it IS NOT climate change/carbon. I hope all of you are keeping tabs on your local NEXRAD facilities. Each one is equipped with HAARP-like technology...and it is ALL being used for WEATHER MANIPULATION. In my area (nw. CA/sw. OR) the local NEXRAD got a week-long ’service’ and right afterward we got hit with staggering heat (and it’s gonna be sitting on us for a long while). I don’t know what to do about it, but knowledge plus experience equals wisdom and power!
